Debug Logging

When something isn't working, a protocol log helps support diagnose the issue.

Enabling protocol logging

  1. Go to Settings → Debug.
  2. Turn on Protocol logging.

This logs all camera protocol traffic (sent and received) to a file.

Sharing the log

Use the Share button to send the log file to support.

note

The log file is capped at 5 MB with automatic rotation, so it won't grow unbounded.
